Shri Hela Cultural Collaboration Foundation and Makadura the T.B. Subhasinghe Memorial Library with Together a cultural and literary tournament is held to create a creative human being.

A special literary and cultural competition was held for the readers’ club of Makadura TB Subhasinghe Memorial Library, Pannala Divisional Secretariat Division, Kurunegala District. 526 children of the reading club participated in this and the tournament was held through various literary and cultural events.

For judging this competition, Shri Hela Cultural collaboration Foundation Directors, veteran choreographer Mr. Amaradasa Dilankarachi, Mr. Sandewa Amaradasa, Hunuwila Vidyala Dancing Teacher Mr. Varuna, veteran film , TV drama director and music director Mr. Shan Gunawardena, music scholar Mrs. Sakura Wasanthi, veteran actor Mr. Dhananjaya Fernando and veteran journalist and writer Mr. Hemantha Vitarana participated, and also , Shri Hela Cultural Collaboration Foundation Chairman Director General Dr. crishantha Dissanayake and all librarians participated.
