A special dance concert aimed at teaching children the traditional dance traditions of Sri Lanka for several years, through the knowledge and training they have learned, to bring out the talents of those children and raise them as a generation of children with artistic skills International Human Rights Commission, Shri Hela Higher Education Academy , Shri Hela Cultural Collaboration Foundation, Batapothella Silpa Kala Dirankarachchi Art Institute and Weherahera Sankha Ritma Art Institute jointly prepares.

This narthananjali dance festival is scheduled to be held on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., in Kurunegala District, pannala Divisional Secretariat Division, batapotella Gramaseva Domain, at the nawaran Stadium.

According to Dr. Chrishantha Dishanayake, the Sri Lankan Commissioner of the International Human Rights Commission,
Founder/ chairman / Director General of Shri Hela Cultural Collaboration Foundation. certificates will be given to the 110 talented children who will participate in this festival.

And according to him, this program is organized by the volunteer coordinators of the International Human Rights Commission and Directors of Shri Hela Cultural Collaboration Foundation, Mr. Deshmanya Amaradasa Dilankarachi and Mr. Deshbandu Sadewa Amaradasa . Also, strengthening them, the International Human Rights Commission, Shri Hela Cultural Collaboration Foundation, Kuveni Foundation, Sri Lankan Youth Api Foundation, All Christian Rights Protection Organization and Ceylon Human Rights Organization work together with them.
